BOSSreaders is looking for smart and motivated educators from your school to deliver our transformational after school reading program at their school.

Coaching Requirements:

• Coach a 1 hour and 15 minute after school session 1x per week for four weeks - (we provide the entire blended learning curriculum)

• Provide written and verbal feedback to a small group (8-10) of students.

• Communicate with parents and students about program and progress.

• Complete a 3 hour coach’s introductory training prior to starting

 

 

BOSSreaders is the evolution of traditional interventions and tutoring.  We partner with schools and families to provide a personalized reading program that raises achievement and builds student motivation and ownership. Our curriculum combines the best practices in reading instruction, brain science and performance training.  We coach students in grades 3 and up to own their reading, own their practice and own their lives.
